These terms and conditions govern the use of nordfluxa.com and the digital services provided by Nordfluxa AB, company registration number 559287-4521, with its registered office in Stockholm.
1. Scope of service
Nordfluxa provides educational content, tools and newsletters within financial literacy. We do not offer individual investment advice under the Swedish Securities Market Act (2007:528).
2. User responsibility
You undertake to use the platform in accordance with Swedish law, not to distribute unlawful content and to keep your credentials secure.
3. Intellectual property
All content on nordfluxa.com, including text, images, code and trademarks, belongs to Nordfluxa AB or its licensors and is protected by the Swedish Copyright Act (1960:729).
4. Limitation of liability
Nordfluxa is not liable for financial decisions users make based on the content. Information is educational and does not replace professional advice.
5. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the website and, where possible, by email to subscribers.
6. Governing law and disputes
Swedish law shall apply to these terms. Disputes shall first be resolved through dialogue and, in the second instance, by Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
